1. The App
Voicebox (the "App") is operated by McRitchie Studio LLC (doing business as McRitchie Studio) ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. A child uses it with a parent's or guardian's permission, and that grown-up accepts these Terms for them.
2. What It Makes
The App writes prompts with AI services. What it writes can be wrong or odd; read it before you use it. You are responsible for what you make with it in other tools.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email address; anyone who can read that email can sign in as you. Recording is available only on accounts we, or the family's grown-up, have turned on.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not attack, overload or try to break into the App, and do not use it to break the law.
5. No Warranty, Limited Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law permits, McRitchie Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of it.
